Overview - You can use the following snippet of code to bulk delete credentials stored in a user's vault on their Windows profile. This is really useful if a user is having lock outs on their active directory account. This is a quicker way of doing it rather than doing it one by one from the control panel.
Guide -
1) Open CMD (Command Prompt) on the computer. Ensure this is done on the user's account and not as administrator.
2) Type For /F "tokens=1,2 delims= " %G in ('cmdkey /list ^| findstr Target') do cmdkey /delete %H

3) Hit Enter. You will now see a it scroll through your list of credential names and specify if it was deleted succesfully.

4) You can confirm this is empty by going to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials
